The corporate affairs manager Gilbert Mfuya stated that the company is interested to set up post-sales support staff at various locations of the country. The company is also taking interest in deploying sales agents who will be operating at different parts of the world to increase sales as well as help in improving the customer support to facilitate the customers.
The idea of setting up such after sales support centers are to help such customers who are residing in rural areas and cannot reach the urban areas to get assistance. The focused areas to setup such sales and support centers are: Mansa, Kasama, Mongu, Chipata and Muchinga. The company observed that there is buying power in these areas but due to lack of awareness the locals are reluctant to do the purchasing.
